Description
A sweet and creamy Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, fresh mango, and coconut milk.
Ingredients

- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 ripe mangoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the glutinous rice until water runs clear, then soak for at least 4 hours.
- Steam the soaked rice for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- Mix half the coconut milk mixture with the cooked rice and let it soak.
- Slice mangoes and arrange them on a plate.
- Spoon the sticky rice beside the mango and drizzle remaining coconut milk.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.

- Use fresh coconut milk for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
