- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cooled macaroni, celery, bell pepper, green onions, sweet pickle relish, and chopped hard-boiled egg (if using) to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- For added flavor, consider adding diced ham, cooked bacon, or shredded cheese.
