  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni, celery, bell pepper, green onions, sweet pickle relish, and chopped hard-boiled egg (if using) to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
