Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
- Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries or a dollop of coconut whipped cream if desired.
