  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup erythritol or other sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and almond milk to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and erythritol.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
