- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top of the lobster shells down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add garlic.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque.

- Ensure the lobster tails are thawed if previously frozen.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
