A simple and delicious way to prepare lobster tails in the oven.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to the melted butter and mix well.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to not overcook the lobster tails.
- You can add lemon juice for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of melted butter for dipping.
