Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  5. Add garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to the melted butter and mix well.
  6. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  7. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to not overcook the lobster tails.
  • You can add lemon juice for extra flavor.
  • Serve with a side of melted butter for dipping.
