Ingredients

- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Serve immediately with extra melted butter on the side.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster.
- Use fresh lobster tails for the best flavor.
- You can grill the lobster tails instead of baking.
