Instructions

  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
  8. Serve immediately with extra melted butter on the side.
