Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
- Carefully pull the lobster meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Serve hot with additional melted butter if desired.
