A simple baked lobster tail recipe for a delicious seafood dinner.

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of the lobster tails down to the tail fin.
- Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
