  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the bean and corn mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.
