A delicious loaded nachos recipe with beef.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Layer cooked beef, black beans, cheese, and jalapeños on top of chips.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with salsa, avocado, sour cream, and green onions.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Adjust spice level with more or less jalapeño.
- Add other toppings like olives or corn if desired.
