Ingredients
- tortilla chips – 200g
- shredded cheese – 150g
- jalapenos – 50g
- ground beef – 200g
- black beans – 100g
- sour cream – 100g
- salsa – 100g
- green onions – 50g
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking tray.
- Cook ground beef in a pan until browned.
- Add black beans to the beef and stir.
- Sprinkle beef mixture over chips.
- Add jalapenos and shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with sour cream, salsa, and green onions.

- For vegetarian option, omit ground beef.
