- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Add crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle sour cream on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit bacon.
- You can use leftover mashed potatoes.
