A creamy and flavorful dip inspired by loaded baked potatoes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups instant mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix instant mashed potatoes with water according to package directions.
- Once mixed, let it cool slightly.
- Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with chips or vegetables.
