Description

Ingredients

- 6 large lemons
- 1 liter of vodka
- 3 cups of sugar
- 4 cups of water
Instructions
- Wash the lemons thoroughly.
- Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
- Place the lemon peels in a jar and add vodka.
- Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 1 week.
- After a week, mix sugar and water in a pot and heat until dissolved.
- Cool the syrup and add it to the jar with lemon peels and vodka.
- Let it sit for another week.
- Strain the mixture into bottles and seal.
- Chill before serving.

- Use organic lemons for the best flavor.
- Let the limoncello age for a month for improved taste.
