Instructions

- Place the lemon peels in a glass jar and add the vodka.
- Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 10 days.
- After 10 days, make a simple syrup by boiling sugar and water until dissolved.
- Let the syrup cool and mix it with the lemon-vodka mixture.
- Strain the mixture to remove the peels.
- Bottle the limoncello and refrigerate.
