- 4 large egg whites

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flour, chilled butter, sugar, and salt in a food processor until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and zest in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in softened butter. Pour the lemon curd into the baked tart shell.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the meringue over the lemon curd and bake until the meringue is golden brown.
