- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to skillet, pour lemon juice over everything, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
