  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for 4 hours, covered.
  6. Shape the dough and let it rise for another 2 hours.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Cool before slicing.
