Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sourdough starter, and water.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and baking soda.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Incorporate cream cheese into the dough until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for 4 hours.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased pan.
- Let it rise for another 2 hours.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
