Ingredients

  • 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add the beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef.
  4. Cook the beef for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Stir in green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
