Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- In a pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add the sauce mixture to the beef and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Serve over rice or with lettuce wraps.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the brown sugar amount.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
