A quick and easy recipe for tender beef marinated in a delicious Korean sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced flank steak to the marinade, making sure all pieces are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
- Stir in the sliced green onions and sesame seeds, cooking for an additional minute.
- Serve the Korean beef over cooked rice, garnished with extra green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
