- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in onions, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Add diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- If using, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve hot.
