- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in balsamic vinegar and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the balsamic glaze.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve.
