- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken and prawns to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until browned.
- Add prawns and cook for another 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Serve hot.

- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Adjust honey and mustard to taste.
- Use fresh prawns for best results.
