- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken cubes in the mixture until fully coated.
- Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces.
- Grill or bake for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Serve hot, optionally with extra parmesan sprinkled on top.
