  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 lemon, halved

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place it in the crockpot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin if possible.
  4. Place the halved lemon inside the cavity of the chicken.
