  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
