  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
