- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Optionally, you can add shredded cheese or diced jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Serve warm as a side dish for any meal.
