Instructions

- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, then fold into the cooked rice.
- Lay a nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
- Spread rice evenly over the nori, leaving a small border.
- Arrange cucumber, avocado, and fish slices in the center.
- Roll tightly using the bamboo mat.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
