- 1 cup sliced bell peppers

- 4 Italian rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Season the beef roast with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Place the roast in a baking dish and pour the beef broth over it.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 2 to 3 hours until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- In a pan, sauté the bell peppers and onions until soft.
- Slice the Italian rolls and fill them with sliced beef, peppers, and onions.
- Serve hot with extra broth on the side.
