- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet Italian seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
- 4 Italian rolls
- Provolone cheese slices
Instructions
- Season the beef with Italian seasoning.
- Place the beef in a slow cooker.
- Add beef broth and pepperoncini peppers.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks.
- Serve on Italian rolls with provolone cheese.

- Use a hoagie roll for a different texture.
- Add giardiniera for extra flavor.
