Description

A delicious and easy-to-make salmon bake with crispy parmesan crust and roasted asparagus.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Press the parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Arrange asparagus around the salmon and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon is cooked through and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh salmon for best results.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
