Description
A delicious and easy-to-make salmon bake with crispy parmesan crust and roasted asparagus.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Press the parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Arrange asparagus around the salmon and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon is cooked through and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
