Description

Ingredients

- 2 pounds Irish potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and cabbage and return to the pot.
- Add butter, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
- Serve warm.
