Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add the Irish cream liqueur to the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the mixture in serving dishes and top with chocolate ganache.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for better texture.
- Adjust the amount of liqueur to your taste.
