- 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coffee
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the Irish cream, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Add the melted chocolate to the cream mixture and stir well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the coffee with a little hot water.
- Fold the coffee into the cream mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings for extra flavor.
