Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the Irish cream liqueur, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add the cream cheese to the mixture and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Melt the chocolate chips and mix half into the cream mixture.
- Layer the crushed cookies at the bottom of serving dishes.
- Pour the cream mixture over the cookies.
- Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
