Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.
  2. Boil potatoes and carrots in salted water until tender.
  3. In another pot, steam Brussels sprouts and parsnips until cooked.
  4. Cook the ham according to package instructions.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter and add chicken broth.
  6. Drain vegetables and mix with butter and broth.
  7. Serve ham alongside the vegetables.
