Ingredients

- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped scallions
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- Add water and butter, and knead until dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
- Place cheese and scallions on each circle.
- Fold dough over and seal edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can be paired with a dipping sauce.
