Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

- Add zucchini and bell pepper, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Combine cooked quinoa with the vegetable mixture.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
