Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the tomatoes in half.
- Place tomatoes on a baking sheet, cut side up.

- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
