Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut sweet potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking, then dry thoroughly.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings, such as cayenne pepper for heat or rosemary for added flavor.
