Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes under running water. Pat them dry with a towel.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes or wedges, depending on your preference.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato pieces with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even frying.
- Check for doneness by piercing with a fork; they should be tender and slightly crispy on the outside.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
