Instructions

- Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
