- 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the mixture over the cut side of the lobster tails.
- Place the lobster tails cut side down on the grill.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes until they turn opaque.
- Flip the tails and grill for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
- Don’t overcook; lobster becomes tough if overdone.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges for added flavor.
