- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If necessary, work in batches.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- If using, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
