- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Melt the butter in a small pan and add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

- Make sure not to overcook the lobster.
