Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, butter, corn syrup, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat to low and whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
