Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into cubes
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Toss salmon and shrimp in half the sauce.
- Place salmon and shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
- Combine pineapple, avocado, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook rice for 3 minutes.
- Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, shrimp, and salsa.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over the top.
